This website is operated by Glenis Graham, the author of The Fourth Dimension Chronicles series, at fourthdimension.glenisgraham.com. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Glenis Graham in her capacity as operator of this website.

Email address — collected when you join the Observer's Journal or request the Observer's File. This is the only personal information we collect directly.

First name — optionally collected for personalized email delivery. Never required.

Usage data — standard server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is not linked to your identity and is used only for site performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your email is used solely to: deliver the Observer's File and any requested content; send the Observer's Journal newsletter; and send transactional emails (subscription confirmation, unsubscribe confirmation). We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Email Service Provider

Email delivery is handled by Resend (resend.com). Your email address is stored on Resend's secure servers. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy. We use Resend only for email delivery — not for advertising or data resale.

5. Your Rights

Unsubscribe — Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from the Observer's Journal immediately.

Access or deletion — You may request a copy of your data or ask that it be deleted by contacting us via the contact page. We respond within 30 days.

Correction — Contact us if any information we hold about you is inaccurate.

6. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. No data is collected about your browsing behavior for advertising purposes.

7. Security

All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Subscriber data is held by Resend under their security certifications. No payment information is collected or stored on this site.

8. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
